VAULT Agency is committed to creating professional working environments in which our represented talent (“Talent”) are treated with respect, professionalism, and fairness, free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour within professional working environments will not be tolerated by VAULT.
If any of our Talent experience or witness discrimination, sexual harassment, or any other form of unlawful or inappropriate conduct while working, we ask that it is reported immediately to VAULT or the relevant manager responsible for the booking. All reported concerns will be reviewed and investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially.
VAULT Agency is dedicated to ensuring that the working environments in which our Talent operate are safe, healthy, comfortable, and professional.
The following guidelines outline general expectations for employees, clients, brands, photographers, production teams, contractors, and any other parties working with or engaging VAULT Talent. These guidelines are not exhaustive and do not replace applicable laws or regulations in any country where VAULT operates.
Professional Conduct Guidelines
- Images or video in which Talent appear nude, partially nude, in transparent garments, swimwear, lingerie, or wearing fur garments require prior written approval from VAULT.
- Clients, brands, and production teams working with Talent are expected to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the Talent while they are providing services.
- Talent images and videos must not be altered, manipulated, or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing practices without prior approval.
- Behind-the-scenes footage may not be captured without prior approval. Where permission is granted, filming must not take place while Talent are changing clothes, nude, not yet ready for camera, or in any situation where they reasonably expect privacy.
- Talent should be allowed appropriate rest periods and breaks to ensure they can work safely and comfortably during assignments.
- No individual should impose upon Talent any activity that is dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, or demeaning.
- No individuals should be under the influence of illegal substances or alcohol in professional working environments, including sets, backstage areas, or other workspaces.
- Talent must never be pressured or coerced into dieting or weight loss practices that could endanger their health or well-being.
- Clients and brands are responsible for ensuring appropriate security arrangements where necessary.
- Confidential information relating to Talent, including personal details, measurements, or contractual terms, must not be disclosed without prior written consent, except where required for legitimate professional purposes.
On-Set Safety & Intimacy Guidelines
VAULT expects that all productions and work environments involving Talent are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional manner.
- Talent must be fully informed in advance of the nature of the assignment, including wardrobe, styling, location, and any potentially sensitive content.
- Any request involving nudity, implied nudity, lingerie, swimwear, or intimate posing must be communicated to VAULT and approved by the Talent prior to the booking.
- Talent have the right to decline any request or activity that makes them uncomfortable or was not previously agreed upon.
- Where appropriate, productions should ensure that private changing areas are available.
- Photography or filming must not take place while Talent are changing or in private preparation areas.
- Productions should maintain a professional crew environment, limiting unnecessary personnel on set during sensitive shoots.
- If at any point a Talent feels unsafe or uncomfortable, they should immediately notify VAULT or the relevant production contact.
Social Media & Digital Conduct Guidelines
VAULT recognises the importance of social media in the modelling and creative industries. Talent are encouraged to maintain a professional online presence.
When representing VAULT Agency, Talent are expected to:
- maintain respectful and professional conduct across social media platforms
- avoid posting content that may be offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to others
- respect the confidentiality of clients, brands, productions, and fellow Talent
- refrain from sharing behind-the-scenes content, unreleased campaigns, or confidential project information without permission
Talent should also ensure that any collaborations or promotional work shared on social media align with the standards and reputation of VAULT Agency.
Reporting Concerns
VAULT encourages Talent to report any behaviour or conduct that may conflict with these guidelines or with professional standards.
Concerns may include, but are not limited to:
- harassment
- discrimination
- unsafe working environments
- inappropriate behaviour on set or backstage
- misuse of Talent images
All concerns will be treated seriously and handled confidentially where possible.
Reports may be submitted directly to VAULT Agency management.

Talent are encouraged to speak up if they encounter behaviour that does not align with VAULT’s professional standards, even if the conduct is not specifically listed in these guidelines.
